2009-2011- Assistant to the Chief of Staff of RA National Assembly on Legal Issues.
2011-2014 - Assistant to a Deputy/Member of the National Assembly (last two years working concurrently) 2012-2014 Assistant of the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on Legal Issues. 2014-2015 Team Leader in the USAID project "Support to Institutional Strengthening of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia" (procedures and regulations improving component).
2015-2018 - Head of the Department of International Legal Cooperation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
2018-2019 - Assistant to First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia (on International Legal Issues).

Professional Involvement

2016-2017 - Works in the Drafting Group on Civil Society and National Human Rights Institutions (CDDH-INST) at the Steering Committee for Human Rights (CDDH) as a national expert, which developed recommendations of the Committee of Ministers to member States on the need to strengthen the protection and promotion of the civil society space in Europe (CM/Rec(2018)11). In this working group, Kristine Grigoryan participated in the professional discussions on the "The Venice Principles on the Protection and Promotion of Ombudsman Institution".
2019 – 2022 - Represented the Government in the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and the United Nations Committee Against Torture 2021. Led the Armenian Delegation to defend the RA Report on the Implementation of the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in the UN Human Rights Committee
2019-2022 - Head of Armenian Delegation at the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO)
2019-2022 - Performed duties of Coordinator of Armenia in OECD Anti-Corruption Network for Eastern Europe and Central Asia
2021-2022 - Chaired the Multidisciplinary Council of Juvenile Justice, acting under the coordination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia
2016-2022 - Involved, organised and coordinated the process of development and implementation of two national strategies on Human Rights Protection (2017-2019 and 2019-2022) with the involvement of all government stakeholders, the Office of the Human Rights Defender, civil society organisations and international partners
2019-2022 - Performed functions of Secretary of Coordinating Committee of National Strategy for Human Rights Protection. Actively involved in the development and implementation of the 2020-2022 Reform Strategy for RA Police, including the project of introduction of the Patrol Service in Armenia.
2021 - Lecturing on the subject “Police-Society-Collaboration” at the Police Educational Complex
