On May 6, Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan participated in the panel discussion titled “Europe Between New Forms of Power and Dominance: Geopolitical Agency in a Fragmenting World” within the framework of the third international conference Yerevan Dialogue.

In his remarks, the Security Council Secretary noted that Armenia-EU relations are now stronger than ever before, and that Armenia has adopted a balanced and balancing foreign policy, in which diversification policy plays an important role.

Armen Grigoryan also addressed the peace established in the South Caucasus, emphasizing that the region has transformed from a zone of conflict into a region of stability and peace. He also noted that the primary beneficiaries of peace are the countries of the region themselves. In this context, Grigoryan stressed that it is precisely the establishment of peace that has increased the international community’s attention toward the region.
