The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan Received Odron Percowskienė and Adrien Kiraly

On October 28, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan received the delegation headed by Odron Percowskienė, Deputy Managing Director for Eastern Europe and Russia of the European External Action Service, and Adrien Kiraly, Director for Eastern Neighbourhood and Institution Building of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission.

The Secretary of the Security Council welcomed the delegation’s visit to Armenia and emphasized the importance of the Armenia–EU partnership based on shared values.

At the request of the delegation members, Armen Grigoryan presented the Joint Declaration signed in Washington on August 8, the broad economic opportunities arising from the unblocking of regional communications, and the latest developments in the Armenia–Azerbaijan normalization process.

During the meeting, the interlocutors exchanged views on the bilateral cooperation agenda and discussed ongoing programs.
