The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, held a working breakfast in Dilijan with Stephen Doughty, Minister of State for Europe, North America and Overseas Territories in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.

During the meeting, Secretary Grigoryan briefed Minister Doughty on the agreements reached in Washington in the framework of the normalisation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. He also highlighted the unblocking of regional communications and the economic opportunities arising from the implementation of the “Peace Crossroads” project. Minister Dawuti expressed strong support for the Washington agreements and underscored the importance of ensuring stable peace in the South Caucasus.

The parties also discussed the Armenia–United Kingdom bilateral agenda and identified avenues for enhanced cooperation. Both parties expressed satisfaction with the positive momentum in the relations, emphasising the shared commitment to advancing a strategic partnership.
