The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia Armen Grigoryan Received the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden to Armenia Patrik Svensson

On July 7, the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Sweden, Patrik Svensson, on the occasion of the completion of the latter’s diplomatic mission.

The Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia emphasised the Ambassador’s contribution to developing both Armenia-Sweden bilateral and multilateral cooperation. A. Grigoryan thanked P. Svensson for his effective work aimed at developing cooperation between Armenia and Sweden, congratulated him on being awarded the RA MFA Medal of Honour, and wished him new professional successes.

Ambassador Patrik Svensson, in turn, thanked the Armenian side for the reception and the support provided by the Armenian side during the diplomatic mission. The Ambassador noted with satisfaction the expansion of Armenia-Sweden bilateral and multilateral cooperation, in particular, emphasising the developing inter-parliamentary cooperation. P. Svensson expressed confidence that bilateral relations have great potential for development.

During the meeting, the interlocutors also discussed issues of mutual interest.
