The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan – emphasizing the Armenian-Iranian neighborly relations and the need to intensify the Armenian-Iranian cooperation for developing regional strategic infrastructure in the post-war period – referred to the regional military-political and security situation. The parties reaffirmed their readiness to continue effective cooperation in security, economy, infrastructure development, science, and other fields. Both sides stressed the unique role of the North-South highway in the development of the Armenian-Iranian trade and economic relations.
