Working Visit of the Security Council Secretary to Artsakh

Today, the Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan, who is in Stepanakert on a working visit, had a meeting with the President of the Artsakh Republic Mr. Arayik Harutyunyan.

During the meeting, which was also attended by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh Mr. Samvel Babayan, a wide range of issues related to the development of strategic infrastructure, harmonization of security institutions, food security, as well as overall security were discussed.

The Security Council Secretary also had a meeting with his counterpart Mr. Samvel Babayan. The parties discussed issues related to interaction and the main security directions.
