The Security Council Secretary Had a Meeting With the Newly Elected President of the Artsakh Republic

The Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan, during his working visit to Artsakh, had an informal meeting with the newly elected President of the Artsakh Republic Mr. Arayik Harutyunyan.
The parties visited the southern regions of the republic, and discussed a wide range of security issues, including food security.
