Meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic

The Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan, during his working visit to Stepanakert had a meeting with the minister of foreign affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Mr. Masis Mayilyan.
At the meeting the issues on foreign policy agenda, reforms in defense sector, as well as key security directions were discussed.
