Meeting with the Defense Army Commander

The Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan, during his working visit to Stepanakert had a meeting with the Commander of the Defense Army, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan. During the meeting, the operative-tactical situation in the contact zone, the security situation in relation to the new type of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the reforms in defense sector, as well as the implementation of a number of other programs of strategic infrastructures development were discussed.
