Working visit of the Security Council Secretary to Artsakh

The Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan today had a meeting with the President of the Artsakh Republic Mr. Bako Sahakyan during the working visit to Stepanakert.

During the meeting at which the Secretary of the Security Council of the Arthakh Republic Mr. Arshavir Gharamyan participated as well, a wide range of issues on the development of strategic infrastructures, the security situation in relation to the new type of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), as well as the overall security was discussed.

Security Council Secretary of the RA also had a meeting with the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh Mr. Arshavir Gharamyan. The parties discussed issues related to defense reforms and key security directions.
