The Security Council Secretary Had a Meeting with the President of the Artsakh Republic

Today, the Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan had a meeting with the newly elected President of the Artsakh Republic Mr. Arayik Harutyunyan. The Secretary congratulated Mr. Arayik Harutyunyan and emphasized the importance of developing democratic institutions in Artsakh.

The Secretary of the Security Council expressed his readiness in supporting the implementation of security and defence reforms in Artsakh, as well as in harmonizing security institutions.

At the end of the meeting, the parties reaffirmed the importance of joint efforts towards meeting security challenges.
