Today, Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan met with Commander of the Defense Army, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan in Stepanakert on a working visit During the meeting the security situation related to the new type of coronavirus, strategic infrastructure development and implementation of a number of other programs were discussed.
