The Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan gave an interview to Nver Mnatsakanyan on RusArmInfo.

During the interview, the Secretary of the Security Council touched upon the issues of unblocking regional infrastructure, demarcation and delimitation issues, Armenian-Azerbaijani, Armenian-Turkish, and Armenian-Iranian relations, as well as some internal political problems and the large-scale process of army reforms.

Answering the question on the unblocking of the regional infrastructure, Armen Grigoryan stressed that the unblocking should take place by opening the existing roads, railways, and other infrastructures. He expressed confidence that the unblocking will open a vast opportunity for the regional countries in terms of economic development, which will bring regional stability and security. Referring to the statements of November 9 and January 11, the Secretary of the Security Council stressed that there is no corridor issue in the statements, and the Armenian side is guided only by those documents.

Referring to the process of demarcation and delimitation, Grigoryan noted that it should start with the following logic; first, the troops must be withdrawn in a mirror version, after which the border guard troops must be deployed.

Speaking about the large-scale process of army reform, the Secretary of the Security Council noted that the process of rearmament and reform of the army has begun and is moving forward. Large-scale work is being done to develop the general security system and increase our capabilities.
