Congratulatory Message

Today, the Secretary of the Security Council Mr. Armen Grigoryan sent a congratulatory telegram to his Russian counterpart Mr. Nikolay Patrushev on the occasion of the Russia Day.
The telegram particularly says;

Dear Nikolai Platon,

I cordially congratulate You on the occasion of the state day of the Russian Federation, the Russia Day.

This significant day has become a truly popular holiday, a symbol of establishment of a new Russia, a state whose position in the international arena is steadily strengthening. You can be really proud of Russia's achievements and progress in all areas of its dynamic development.

In the Republic of Armenia, great importance is attached to the further deepening of strategic and allied relations with the Russian Federation, the expansion of mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries in all spheres. I am convinced that due to our joint efforts, the Armenian-Russian relations in the security sector will continue to develop successfully in order to ensure the vital interests of our states in favour of the welfare of our nations.
