Today, President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan convened a meeting of the RA National Security Council. The participants of the meeting discussed the fact of the covert extradition of the officer of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces Ramil Safarov by the Hungarian authorities to Azerbaijan, who was serving his sentence in prison for the vicious, hate murder of the officer of the RA Army Gurgen Margaryan in Budapest, 2004 and the measures to be undertaken by Armenia under the current circumstances.
