“Freedom”,- Do you have an answer to the question why is Karabakh a gathering place for the formers and also processes are taking place there? Besides, that they are from Karabakh by birth. You're from Karabakh, too, so what?

Grigoryan, - This is to some extent the path that Serzh Sargsyan has taken. And there are probably two places where Serzh Sargsyan is trying to hit the current government. One is the Constitutional Court and the other is Stepanakert․ By the way, the tragedy of that group is also what is happening in Armenia right now. The above mentioned 50% increase in the budget for 2017, the investment of $ 124 billion in road construction, is a huge tragedy for them. Because they wonder how it could have been done. And the representatives of that group or political force are trying to insist that we speak with the iphone produced by Serzh Sargsyan. The only argument left with them seems to be that. Having their only success in this field, they try us in different ways, with no pretension to these successes, they pass elsewhere trying to torpedo and create other problems. And if we look at macro-level, in Armenia everything is going very well in terms of security, economic development and prosperity in Armenia. And I'm sure we will be able to continue this rates, and the more these rates become active, the greater tragedy they will have. Because from the beginning they were trying to say that we will not succeed economically. But experience has shown that, for example, after having a 7.1-7.2 percent economic growth rate in the first quarter and, for example, having the largest economic growth in Europe, they had a tragedy.

“Freedom”,- Since you reminded the Constitutional Court, can you give people a convincing argument that what is happening around Hrayr Tovmasyan has no political motive that the law enforcement officers go to his father's house, call his daughters for questioning, and so on?

Grigoryan,- Before crossing it; In these two days, the Republicans again announced that Hrayr Tovmasyan had once allowed Nikol Pashinyan's daughter to have a meeting. This story reminded me that when a thief steals a wallet and leaves a thousand drams in it for the person to reach the place. That's why, when they judge him, he says, I left a thousand drams. But he did steal. In this respect, there is one fundamental and important thing that must be taken into account that Nikol Pashinyan was first illegally arrested in that context, later the experience showed, and in those conditions, catch, then allow an appointment, it does not mean doing good.

“Freedom”,- By the way, the office of the Prime Minister has denied that Tovmasyan allowed it.

Grigoryan, - And the other parts, of course, everyone is aware that a constitutional amendment took place in 2015, and Hrayr Tovmasyan, being a member of the Constitutional Reform Commission, made his contribution to Serzh Sargsyan's reproduction. When we were saying at the time that the Constitution was being amended for Serzh Sargsyan's reproduction, this same face, by which Hrayr Tovmasyan interviewed some TV companies, was persuading us that it was not for reproduction, but the Constitution being changed only to democratize the country. But later experience has shown that it is for reproduction and constitutional change to have its share. And this whole process is against it, when the Constitutional Court has somehow they made it their own. And in this respect there is a problem to solve this issue. Of course they have to call it political persecution. Some will be declared political prisoners. For example, they ate the money of the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund and declared them a political prisoner.
